HR GENERALIST
 
Salary Range: 25,000 to 40,000
 
JOB SUMMARY:
 
Responsible for the overall supervision of the Admin, Recruitment, Benefits and Payroll Section. Supervises and initiates any development and enhancement in all Section's policies and procedures. Assists in sourcing and screening of candidates and recommends the best qualified applicants for the client's vacant positions to further support its corporate goals and objectives. Facilitates the overall activities of all HR functions to ensure that all concerns are taken care of and provides solutions to minimize employee complaints.
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develops network with government, professional organizations, academic institutions, local placement offices and other agencies for sourcing.
Reviews and recommends interview feedback the manager in coordination with their manpower needs.
Monitors all Recruitment, Payroll and Benefits databases to promote proper and efficient services to the internal and external customers.
Coordinates with the different recruitment providers regarding issues and concerns to further enhance the procedure and process in recruitment.
Sees to it that employees are updated on new projects and programs of government agencies and other company initiated benefits.
Ensures that all newly hired employees were properly reported to government agencies.
Preparing deduction/contribution reports for each payroll
Can do Payroll process and All government mandated benefits from, scratch to end.
Can process AEP to the foreigners
EMPLOYEE RELATIONS
Prepares case analysis of light to serious disciplinary cases.
Monitors employees with suspension schedule.
Conducts exit interviews.
Counsels employees concerning professional/personal growth and development.
Attends labor case hearing at NLRC/DOLE/RTC in the absence of the General Manager.
WORKING CONDITION
The employee will be working in an office set up; however, the job may require some field work as needed.
Monday to Friday 9 AM to 6 PM
Office Location BGC at TFC Building.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science or any other similar discipline
With at least 4 to 5 years' direct experience in any of the following areas: recruitment and employment practices, benefits administration, employee relations and records keeping.
Must have strong human relations and oral written communications skills.
