We are seeking a highly experienced HR Director. The HR Director will be responsible for leading and directing all human resource functions for TAHCHE. This includes overseeing HR strategies related to employee development, performance management, organizational culture, compliance, and employee engagement, all while ensuring alignment with the company's overall business objectives. The HR Director will be instrumental in building a high-performance HR infrastructure to support the organization's growth, foster a positive employee experience, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
This is a full-term role, on a night-shift and on a WIO set-up (Work in Office).

Key Responsibilities:
 
1. Client-Centric HR Leadership:
Client Service Excellence: Lead HR strategies that improve the ability of client-facing employees to provide outstanding service.
Aligning HR with Client Expectations: Develop HR policies and programs focused on meeting client needs and aligning employee performance with client satisfaction metrics.
Client-Specific Training Programs: Design training initiatives to equip client-facing employees with the necessary skills to deliver high-quality service.
2. Learning and Development for Client-Facing Teams:
Customized Client-Facing Training: Ensure ongoing training in customer service, communication, problem-solving, and empathy to meet client needs.
Ongoing Employee Development: Provide leadership development programs for high-potential employees and ensure continuous learning.
Client Service Mastery: Create certification programs to improve client interactions, problem-solving, and service quality.
3. Employee Engagement and Satisfaction:
Employee Empowerment: Foster a culture where employees feel ownership in delivering excellent service.
Feedback Mechanisms: Implement surveys to gauge employee satisfaction and make improvements.
Recognition Programs: Design reward programs tied to client satisfaction, motivating employees to excel.
4. Performance Management and Client Service Alignment:
Client-Focused KPIs: Evaluate employee performance based on client satisfaction metrics like response time, service quality, and client feedback.
Ongoing Performance Monitoring: Conduct quarterly reviews and provide feedback to ensure client service standards are met.
Succession Planning: Develop internal talent for leadership roles, ensuring a pipeline of skilled employees to meet client demands.
5. Client Service and Satisfaction:
Client Feedback Integration: Regularly gather and analyze client feedback to inform HR strategies and employee development.
Training Needs Based on Client Feedback: Identify skill gaps and address them through targeted training programs.
Client Satisfaction Metrics: Link employee performance to client satisfaction scores, rewarding high performers based on client feedback.
Qualifications and Experience:
 
Education and Experience:
Experience: At least 10 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on client service, employee engagement, and organizational development.
Leadership: Proven leadership experience in HR, with the ability to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Training & Development: Extensive experience in developing and managing training programs for client-facing employees.
Client Service: Strong background in improving client service and satisfaction through HR interventions.

HR Strategy and Leadership: Ability to develop and implement HR strategies that support both client and employee needs.
Employee Development: Expertise in designing training and development programs that enhance the skills of client-facing teams.
