Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to meet short-term and long-term talent needs.
- Identify and leverage various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, recruitment events, and partnerships with educational institutions.
- Optimize candidate pipelines for volume hiring and niche roles, ensuring diverse and qualified talent pools.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sourcing specialists, ensuring alignment with recruitment goals.
- Provide training and development to team members to enhance their sourcing techniques and tools expertise.
- Monitor team performance against KPIs such as time-to-source, quality of hires, and sourcing channel efficiency.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
- Share market insights and talent availability data to align sourcing efforts with business needs.
- Ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads to the recruitment team for further evaluation.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage candidate databases and streamline processes.
- Explore and recommend new technologies, tools, and platforms to enhance sourcing efficiency.
- Analyze and report on sourcing metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote a strong employer brand.
- Engage with potential candidates to create a positive experience and maintain lasting relationships.
- Represent the company at recruitment events, job fairs, and community outreach programs.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not mandatory with relevant experience).
- At least 3-5 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment
- Proven experience in sourcing talent for BPO roles, including volume and niche hiring.
- Expertise in sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media).
- Strong knowledge of recruitment metrics and analytics.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with ATS and CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Workday, or similar systems).
