Responsibilities:
Serves as a subject matter authority on global HR compliance, builds and governs compliance controls, leads a regular audit cadence for various risk areas within the HR function, and leads our quality and data, and analytics functions.
Provide internal audit services which include assisting in the planning, monitoring, and reporting of key controls regarding Sarbanes-Oxley for HR, assisting in the planning and execution of internal audits, and assisting in preparing audit reports.
Plan and conduct SOX activities including planning, scoping, scheduling, testing, and remediation with internal process owners, external auditors, and co-source resources.
Handle SOX compliance data to ensure completion by process owners of new process documentation, changes to existing documentation, and lead business segment processes, control, and testing information.
Evaluate all key risks, controls, and related processes, recommend improvements, and advise management on implementation.
Develop and conduct process owner training for Sarbanes-Oxley requirements to effectively support process owners.
Track all audit findings and perform follow-up procedures to validate the effectiveness of management's remediation actions.
Consolidate Audit Control Evidence
Identify and understand SOX compliance and internal audit needs
Be the Primary Contact for External Auditor
Qualifications:
2 to 3 years of related experience in HR Compliance
Excellent interpersonal skills (both spoken and written)
Successfully deliver on all deadlines and precisely execute in a very fast-paced environment
