HR ASSOCIATE
 
Job Summary:
 
Reports directly to the Human Resource Manager and responsible for delivering general HR functions such as but not limited to Applicant Selection, Psychometric tasks and job preference tests administration, Employee Engagement, Training and Development and General Admin related tasks.
 
A. Applicant Selection
Screening:
1.1. Facilitates exams for pre-screened applicants;
1.2. Interprets and updates exam results of applicants.
B. Psychometrics
Constructs psychological tests and interprets results for the purpose of assessing a person's intelligence, personality, skills or other psychological attributes;
Score tests administered, including objective personality tests;
C. Employee Engagement
Spearheads the following company initiated activities which includes:
1.1. Birthday Bash;
1.2. Employee Anniversary Celebrations;
1.3. Daily Motivational Quote;
1.4. Commendation day;
1.5 Work Hacks
1.6 Quarterly HR Satisfaction Survey
D. Training and Development
Facilitates monthly Core Values Feedback.
Endorses training and development-related results from HR Satisfaction Survey.
Collates training needs of every department.
Source qualified speaker/facilitator.
Assists speaker/facilitator during the seminar/workshop.
Monitors the trainings attended of all employees.
E. General Administration and Ad Hoc Tasks
Provides assistance in the implementation of employees' engagement programs such as but not limited to daily engagement activities, among others.
Attends to team's internal and external activities.
Performs other relevant tasks as may be assigned from time to time
Job Specifications:
 
Education:
Has excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills
College graduate of Bachelor of Science in Psychology or Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Human Resources Development Management
No. of years of relevant work experience:
At least 1 year experience in all facets of HR particularly in Training and Employee Engagement
Technical Competencies:
Has excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills
Excellent negotiation skills
Has a strong affinity for sales and customer service.
Advanced computer skills.
Behavioral Competencies:
