MAJOR TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
EMPLOYEE CARE
 
Monitor the performance reviews of new employees until they become regular employees
Acts on performance concerns well within the probationary period so that the likelihood of being confirmed to regular employment increases
Facilitates the regularization of employees and the upgrade of their benefits
Confirms decision on ending probationary employee, should performance fall short of the reasonably required standards of the department or business unit.
Administers the end of probationary employment process
Confirms performance reviews for employees set to be promoted
Prepares the documentary amendments for promotions
Sends out recognition notices
Assists in the growth and development of employees
Administers merit adjustment
Champions and embodies employee relations
Gets involved in coaching efforts
Administers disciplinary management program of the company
Acts on near-resignations to ensure retention
Manages the exit proceedings, whether voluntary, as a product of the due process, or retirement
Assists in the management of pre-employment requirements
Sends out bi-weekly bank account collation report for new hires
Assist in the updating of Employee Information, when applicable
Assist in the upkeep of e-201 files and pre-employment requirements, ensuring audit preparedness at all times
Respond to EmpCare and general HR queries and endorse the accordingly for full and proper resolution/management
Fulfill other tasks related to HR as to be assigned
 
 
REQUIREMENTS
 
With the relevant educational credentials for the role, which include academic background in Human Resource Management, Office Administration, & non-clinical Psychology, among others, or trainings & certifications in HR management
Internship experience in the field would be an added advantage
Experience in a role that involved coordinating skills or service provision, such as in extracurricular, socio-civic, community, or charity activities, would be advantageous
Good to great English communication skills both written and verbal
Keen to details and is a critical thinker
Respectful, patient, gracious under pressure, generally pleasant
Great at following instructions and adhering to processes but also is able to think on resolve or improve on a task or process at hand when necessary
