JOB TITLE: HR ASSOCIATE
 
DEPARTMENT: Human Resources Department
REPORTS DIRECTLY TO: HR Manager
SCOPE: Velez College, Inc.
 
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
 
HR Associate is responsible to accomplish objectives by obtaining, recording, forwarding, and explaining human resources information.
 
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
Recruitment
Attend all walk-in applicants/clients, and record all applicant details and status in the pooling record.
Review and screen CVs to identify qualified candidates based on job requirements.
Provide all new-hire employee/s documents and other employment requirements, and monitor the accuracy and completeness
Prepare all employee/s identification card
HRIS/Records
Prepare and update the availability of all HR forms.
Keep all the HR forms, memorandum and documentations updated
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records all faculty and non-teaching personnel details in the master list including ranking status, 201 files, etc.
Prepare and release all requested COE and other certifications within a week upon request
Timekeeping
Monitor the accuracy of the faculty class schedule together with the VC attendance checker/s.
Ensuring that all time logs are accurate to avoid discrepancies in payroll.
Work along with the HR Generalist for the accuracy of timekeeping including biometrics registration, recording of leave credit for all employees, etc.
Others:
Perform other relevant duties in the HR department as required
