DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Proper monitoring and review of all company issued benefits and government-mandated benefits;
Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation (pay equity, human rights, etc);
Define a fair, equitable, and competitive total compensation and benefits package that fits and is aligned to our company's strategy and business goals;
Managing the enrollment, renewal, and distribution processes
Reports maintain and monitor all workers' compensation case files; follows-up on open cases;
Assists HR managers and other managers with benefits-related issues;
Maintains all employee and applicant documentation as dictated by governing agencies;
Administer assigned functions, such as classification review, compensation studies, employment analysis, leave, and benefits administration;
Assist with payroll administration; and
Carry out tasks as designated by the company.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be a graduate of BS - Human Resource Management or related course
At least one (1) year of experience as Benefits Specialist (preferred)
Knowledgeable in government premium processes
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel
Has strong interpersonal and communication skills
Must be flexible and has strong attention to detail
Can work under pressure
Can start ASAP
Willing to be stationed in Tagum
