JOB DESCRIPTION
Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
Providing clerical and administrative support to Human Resource Department
Compiling and updating employee records.
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations)
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
With timekeeping & payroll experience.
Check the work of other document control employees/contractors for making sure consistency plus conformance with Company standards, policies practices
·Maintain organize files of - controlled - documents, including incoming outgoing transmittals
· Maintain tracking database of - controlled - documents
· Check all work for compliance to the project plan, Company policies/procedures database conventions/standards
· Follow established Company as well as department guidelines plus practices to include consistent use of filing documentation conventions
At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent.
Amenable to work in Antipolo, Rizal
