Rate: $3/hr, and earn 30,000 PHP +/month.
Schedule: Monday to Friday: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm PST with 1 hour unpaid lunch break
 
 
We are seeking an HR Assistant with exceptional communication, record-keeping, organizational, relationship-building, and time management skills, coupled with a comprehensive understanding of HR functions and labor laws. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in HR strategies and people analytics.
 
 
General Responsibilities:
Maintaining detailed employee records and documents.
Coordinating data with various departments to ensure timely salary disbursal.
Resolving employee queries related to HR processes and administration.
Creating periodic reports on employee engagement, attrition, and professional development.
Producing internal company documents and communication materials for employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Leading the onboarding phase or process.
Scheduling, managing, and facilitating new hire training needs.
Walking through and assisting applicants throughout the onboarding process.
Implementing HR policies and working with managers to ensure their enforcement.
Requirements and Skills:
A degree in human resources management or an equivalent diploma.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in developing HR strategies and policies.
Knowledge of Home Health industry regulations and labor laws.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ethical approach with integrity.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Time management skills.
Experience in Paychex is required.
