JOB SUMMARY
 
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR/Administrator to support our team. You will be responsible for managing HR Functions, administrative tasks, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 
HR FUNCTIONS:
Recruitment: Coordinate job Postings, candidate selection, and onboarding; includes company orientations
Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR Records and databases
Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries, resolve conflicts and support performance management
Benefits Administration: Manage Employee benefits and Payroll
Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and company policies, Develop procedure and Guidelines for the organization
Training and Development: Develop programs and activities to enhance employees' skills, knowledge, and performance
ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS:
Office Management: Maintain office operations, supplies, and equipments
Communication: Coordinate internal and external communications
Travel Arrangements: Book Travel and Accommodation for employees working outside Cebu
Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings and events
Other Responsibilities:
Support SolarAll projects and initiatives,
Collaborate with departments to ensure alignment and efficiency,
Develop and implement process improvements,
Provide customer service for Walk in- Customer,
Assist Store Sales/Issue Sales Invoice
Prepare monthly store sales and expenses,
Prepare shopee and lazada orders
Process bill of lading for shipment
Record Monthly sales and Inventory monitoring
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
3 years of experience in HR/Administration
With knowledge of employment laws and regulations
With excellent communications, organizational, problem-solving skills and project management skills
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
