BUILDING ADMINISTRATOR
Qualification:
Must be a licensed Mechanical Engineer
Knowledgeable in general building specifications and maintenance.
Can interpret construction plans (vertical/building construction) such as Mechanical, Electrical, Sanitary (plumbing) and Structural plan.
Must have at least three (3) years experience in supervisory level.
Can lead and supervise a team of engineers to reach the common goal.
Familiar with Building Code.
Experience is a plus factor.
Ready for immediate employment.
