HR ASSISTANT
Qualifications:
Graduate of any HR related course (Psychology, BSBA-HRDM) or any relevant field
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required
Computer literate
Resourceful and must be keen to detail
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Ability to accurately follow instructions
Duties & Responsibilities
Assist with the whole recruitment process
Perform orientations and update records of new hired employees
Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews
Draft and prepare various HR-related documents, such as offer letters, employment contracts, and other correspondence, ensuring accuracy and professionalism
Check time and attendance of all employees
Support in all HR-related tasks, inquiries or requests
