HR-ADMIN SUPERVISOR
 
GENERAL FUNCTION:
 
Responsible in organizing, directing/ supervising, controlling and monitoring activities of the Human Resource section activities such as recruitment, training & development, compensation & benefits, recognition, discipline, health & safety. Ensures that management system is implemented throughout the section.
 
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
Updates manpower forecast to determine and track down the number of current employees and the required additional employees to meet the company's objectives.
Supervise HR Associate, Company Nurse, Security Guard and company driver.
Supervise and directs the activities of the section/department.
Supervises department staffing, hiring, development and letting go those who do not meet the company's performance standards.
Creates annual manpower forecast based on the annual and monthly plan during the strategic planning.
Monitors and enforces the compliance of subordinates to company policies.
Oversees the recruitment process by screening qualified applicants and participates in the deliberation.
Provides a list and report of end of contract employees and turnover rate.
Prepares contract for newly hired and regularized employees.
Analyzes the skills and qualities required for each particular job and develop job descriptions and duty statements.
Takes charge with the HMO Management such as the renewal, negotiation and HMO concerns.
Assists in filing of government mandated compensation and benefits such as loan processing, maternity claims and etc.
Handles employee relations issues such as issuance and processing of IRN, MEMO and NODA.
Issues disciplinary action based on the company handbook.
Monitors and records CCAR issuances.
Monitors IRN, MEMO and NODA issuance.
Facilitates conflict management through employee counseling.
Provides advice and information to management and employees on human resource policies and procedures, including occupational health and safety programs.
Organizes employee welfare programs such as health and wellbeing programs, first aid and fire steward training, and social activities.
Takes charge with performance appraisal or evaluation of Admin. and Rank and file employees (every 6 months from June and November annually). Facilitates salary change processing done after every annual performance review.
Creates government compliance reports such as DOLE report and PEZA reports.
Leads in the planning and execution of the yearly training plan.
Creates training modules and conducts Human Resource related trainings.
Participates in company meetings and appointments.
Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Follows and implement the safe, clean and healthy policies and procedures of the company.
Abides with all other policies and guidelines enacted by the company and make sure that the company's set of standards are met.
QUALIFICATIONS:
 
Education:
College graduate with a degree in Human Resources Development and Management or any related course.
Experience: Must have at least one (1) to two (2) years working experience in the same field.
