Our company located at MEPZ 1 started its commercial operations in 2017. It is a company manufacturing and processing micro electro-mechanical components, such as but not limited to micro magnets, micro coils, micro assembly of components.
 
Our parent company in Europe, originated in the Swiss watch industry more than 120 years ago producing micro-mechanical, watch components. We continuously evolved and now operate in the high-tech area of micro electromagnetic components used in micro-motors, medical devices, hearing aids sensors and various applications.
 
Our company serves its global client base from its locations and subsidiaries in Switzerland, Philippines, China, Hong Kong. The company's continuous growth is due to its expansion in the market for custom micro-components used in implantable and wearable medical devices.
 
We are looking for the following position:
 
HR & ADMIN SUPERVISOR
 
Department/Section: HR Admin
Reports To: HR & Administration Manager
 
Qualifications:
Minimum bachelor's degree in any of the Social Sciences
Professional working and theoretical knowledge on specific HR functions including relevant laws, regulations, company policies and professional practices.
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN ACCOUNTING AND HR TASK
Experience:
5 years experience in personnel management, 3 years of which are in the areas of recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee services and records management.
Functional Description
 
Responsible for planning, directing and controlling the development and implementation of the company's personnel policies, plans, programs and rules and regulations on recruitment and placement, compensation and benefits administration and records management and attendance monitoring. Handles basic accounting functions.
 
Specific Job Responsibilities
Plans, organizes and controls the activities of the HR Admin staff in day to day execution of basic HR functions and services.
Provides support to line personnel in communicating, administering, implementing interpreting HR policies, procedures and guidelines.
Plans, develops and implements the company's compensation and benefits program ensuring a competitive employee renumeration program consistent with prevailing policies and business conditions with the view of attracting, motivating and retaining the best manpower resources of the company.
Manages the personnel records system ensuring availability of pertinent employee records including the administration of the personnel system of record of the company.
Takes on some basic accounting functions like handling of Petty Cash and reviewing and suggesting some pertinent accounting recording with the company's Accountant.
Actively supports QA initiatives designed to retain and maintain ISO 9001:2015 Certification.
Assists in the delivery of other value added services as required.
