Rate: $4.00/hr, and earn 40,286 PHP +/month.
Schedule: Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM PST with 1 hr unpaid lunch.
 
Responsibilities
Audit patient records for ongoing monitoring of documentation compliance
Perform accurate and timely clinical reviews to meet deadlines
Compile, review, analyze and graph audit data
Maintain quality data and reports
Work with hospice staff to follow up on audit results
Collaborate with Compliance Team to identify performance improvement issues and staff educational needs
Required Qualifications:
3years Experience in Hospice required
Must be a Registered Nurse
Must have attention to detail resulting in accurate outcomes
Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills with a professional attitude, demeanor and appearance
Proficient computer skills, including Word and Excel
Working knowledge of HospiceMD software is a big plus
