Rate: $8/hr and earn up to PHP 80,000 +/month

HOME HEALTH RN QA SUPERVISOR (WORK FROM HOME)
 
The Home Health RN QA Supervisor oversees the agency's clinical quality assurance team's activities. This role ensures that documentation, OASIS assessments, and plans of care meet Medicare Conditions of Participation, ACHC standards, and state/federal regulatory requirements while supporting accurate reimbursement.
 
Qualifications:
Active, unrestricted RN license
Minimum 3 years Home Health experience.
Prior QA, OASIS review, or clinical leadership experience required.
Strong knowledge of Medicare CoPs and PDGM.
Knowledge of SHP tools is a plus
Proficiency with Wellsky Kinnser
Skills & Competencies:
Expert clinical documentation review.
OASIS-E proficiency.
Strong analytical and audit skills.
Excellent communication and staff education ability.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct audits of clinical records including SOC, ROC, Recertifications, Discharges, and routine visits.
Review documentation for skilled need, homebound status, Face-to-Face and Plan of Care compliance.
Validate and review OASIS assessments prior to submission.
Ensure ICD-10 coding accuracy and appropriate sequencing.
Monitor documentation timeliness and regulatory compliance.
Track quality outcome measures.
Collaborate with Clinical, Intake, and Billing teams to prevent denials.
Develop and implement corrective action plans as needed for QA Team members
Supervisory Duties:
Supervise QA staff.
Assign and monitor audit workloads.
Ensure productivity goals are met daily.
Provide coaching, performance feedback, and training.
Provide accurate reporting to Agency Leadership.
Identify and resolve process bottlenecks.
