Rate: $4-5/hr and earn up to PHP 50,000+/month

HOME HEALTH HR & RECRUITING COORDINATOR (WORK FROM HOME)
 
Qualifications:
Experience in recruiting, HR support, or onboarding coordination
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience handling document collection and maintaining accurate records
Ability to manage and organize files within shared drives (Google Drive or similar)
Experience tracking licenses or compliance-related documentation (preferred)
Strong communication skills, especially in following up with candidates/clinicians
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Must have direct experience recruiting for home health or hospice clinicians
Proven experience in U.S. healthcare recruitment, with a strong focus on clinical hiring and managing time-sensitive onboarding processes within strict timelines
In-depth knowledge of compliance requirements, including license verification, credentialing, and coordination of medical examinations and related documentation
Responsibilities:
Collect and track onboarding documents from clinicians and candidates
Ensure proper placement and organization of documents within designated folders and systems
Monitor clinician licenses and certifications for expiration and proactively follow up for renewals
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all onboarding and compliance documentation
Schedule and coordinate in-person training sessions
Communicate with candidates and clinicians regarding missing or updated documentation
Support recruiting and onboarding workflows as needed
Ensure all processes are completed with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
