Rate: $5/hr and earn up to PHP 50,000 +/month
Schedule: Monday - Friday: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm PST, with 1 hour unpaid Lunch break
 
HOME HEALTH HOSPICE QUALITY ASSURANCE RN (WORK FROM HOME)
 
The Hospice QA RN is responsible for auditing clinical records, ensuring compliance with Medicare Conditions of Participation (CoPs), state and federal regulations, and accreditation standards. This role supports accurate documentation, survey readiness, and quality outcomes across the hospice program.
 
Required Qualifications:
Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Minimum 2-3 years Hospice clinical experience.
Prior Quality Assurance / Chart Review experience required.
Required Technical Experience:
Must have hands-on experience with WellSky / Kinnser Hospice EMR.
Strong proficiency in hospice documentation workflows within Kinnser.
Experience auditing electronic hospice charts.
Knowledge & Skills:
Medicare Hospice Conditions of Participation expertise.
Strong understanding of hospice eligibility criteria.
Clinical documentation and audit proficiency.
IDG process knowledge.
Regulatory and survey readiness experience.
Excellent communication and education skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive audits of hospice clinical records, including:
Admissions
Comprehensive Assessments
Plans of Care
IDG documentation
Visit notes
Discharges & revocations
Review documentation for:
Eligibility and hospice appropriateness
Terminal prognosis support
Visit frequency compliance
Symptom management documentation
Ensure Plans of Care reflect individualized, measurable goals.
Monitor documentation timeliness and completion.
Identify compliance risks and implement corrective action plans.
Support survey readiness and accreditation activities.
Track and trend quality indicators (falls, infections, hospitalizations, etc.).
Collaborate with Clinical Leadership, Intake, and Billing teams.
Provide staff education and documentation training
