HOME HEALTH AND HOSPICE AGENCY DURABLE MEDICAL EQUIPMENT COORDINATOR (WORK FROM HOME)
 
Responsibilities: 
Oversee the inventory management to ensure a consistent supply of necessary medical supplies.
Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure timely delivery and setup of DME for patients
Ensures that medical supply orders are processed timely and accurately to avoid patient care disruptions.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to procure high-quality materials.
Use various online systems to place direct ship orders or in-person deliveries of supplies to patients.
Make call to various DME providers to order supplies to be sent to patients via courier or in-person delivery
Implement and monitor processes for tracking and managing supply orders to prevent shortages or overstocking.
Create reports to track orders in a timely manner.
Create timely and accurate documentation and filing of patient information.
Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications: 
Must have Home Health and/or Hospice experience.
Must know Kinnser software.
Good to Have Qualifications:
Experience with HospiceMD software.
Experience with CareStitch.
