Job Description
The job requires skills across the entire sales cycle and as such the following items are critical:
Assist in the setup of AgileCRM and its ongoing management and improvement including marketing automation
Generate email and other campaigns targeting schools and school districts in the US initially (this region and market segment may change over time)
Follow up leads (via calls, email) and qualify for our Sales team
Assist clients in account creation, onboarding and ongoing management
Write help articles for the Lifetick Knowledge Base
Report to management weekly on performance against KPIs
Qualifications
Required:
Exceptional spoken and written English
Exceptional phone manner
Customer Service
Google Meet, Drive, Docs and Sheets proficiency
Growth mindset - ability to learn, grow, develop, be curious and extend one's self
Ability to work autonomously and maintain self drive
Nice to have:
Marketing Automation (Email campaign creation, management and refinement)
Ability to source quality leads
Ability to write product knowledge and help articles
Experience with CRM Systems and in particular AgileCRM: Marketing and Sales modules
