Job Description
Handling Inbound calls regarding Customer inquiries on sales, orders, shipping, etc.
The team will be supporting an online shop for Gun safes in the US
Will specialize in pricing new and damaged products
Will handle a team of 3 customer service agents
Qualifications
at least 2 years of experience as a Customer Service Team Leader
preferably w/ background handling E-commerce accounts
values providing top-notch customer service
Flexible w/ work schedule (rendering overtime)
must have own equipment (desktop or laptop)
must have own stable internet connection at home (at least 25mbps)

9AM - 6PM (Eastern Time) / 10PM - 7AM (PH Time)
