Your role is crucial in the operations of the business, where you'll be running due diligence checks on nonprofits to ensure they are safe to receive funds and discounts
We're offering flexi home/office working
We will provide bespoke training for each teammate - first couple of weeks will be learning/shadowing and then completing a review of test tickets to practise on
Once trained and feel confident, they'll be working on our largest clients including Google, Asana, Canva, Monday.com
The team is growing quickly. Currently a team of 6 in Europe, and we'll likely be 30+ by the end of the year. So lots of opportunity for progression

Job Description
What is the role?
We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Nonprofit Validation Agent for one of our global clients who is focused on transforming charitable giving. As a Nonprofit Validation Agent you will be verifying nonprofit organizations to ensure they are legitimate and meet compliance standards to receive donations.
Who are we seeking?
You are used to consistently adhering to strict processes & procedures
You have worked in a Compliance/Validation environment previously
You have experience and are knowledgeable in KYB and KYC processes
You have a proven track record of achieving KPIs
You have a high attention to detail
You have excellent oral & written skills and have demonstrated this in a professional environment
You are a team player, willing to go out of your way to help a teammate
You constantly strive to improve, seeking coaching & guidance from both peers and managers
You have experience working to deadlines
Qualifications
Should be at least a Highschool Graduate
Has experience in validating identities of Organizations or has done validating tasks in a BPO setting
Has experience in Email business writing
Has a positive attitude and team player

9AM to 6PM/10AM to 7PM (PH Time)
