Job Description
Someone to answer phone calls and assist the customer with their general technical concerns.
Troubleshooting on behalf of the customers / general desktop support
Will support Windows 10, MS products, quickbooks, desktop, and computer errors.
Will use My Remote Software to assist the customers
Qualifications
2 - 4 years of experience as tech support
Must have good knowledge of windows 10
Must have good knowledge of Microsoft office products
Must read, write, and speak English
Atera Software (a remote management software) experience is a plus
Networking knowledge a plus
Work hours: 11:00pm to 8:00am Manila Time
Work location: Home based (Should have a strong internet connection (minimum of 10 MBPS)
