Customer Service Account Officer

About the Role
Strong customer service ethic, with highly development interpersonal skills
Operational Performance across project installations; field service key and vendor relationship.
Meeting Customer's expectations through meeting agreed response times, customer follow up
Should be outspoken and comfortable working with Australian team
Analyzes customer base, including portfolios, to identify potential sales and business opportunities
Operational requirements (processing guidelines, adjustments, handling and customer complaints.
Resolve complaints and prevents additional issues by improving processes.
Operational and Strategic planning skills, incorporation developing operational and managing budget.
Strong people leader and management capability
Implementation and roll out the news partner's services by managing the whole project covering; contracts management acumen, including dealing with subcontractor and 3rdpart commercial arrangement.
Consistently met targets
Experience in leading and facilitation commercial negotiations including project related contract
Manage daily Work in Progress (WIP) & status reports to agreed schedules on a job by job basis to ensure on time delivery.
Liaise and co-ordinate deliveries with warehousing and monitoring customer deliveries.
Generate sales/profit report for National Account and Service Delivery Manager
What you need to have
You will be resilient and show incredible leadership skills. You will also have:
Candidate must be a graduate of any 4 years course
Candidate must posses at least a Bachelor's/Collage Degree
Previous experience in developing and managing budgets, and consistently met targets
Successfully managed and led de-centralized teams in technology sectors.
Experience in leading and facilitating commercial negotiations including project related contracts.
Successfully delivered change and projects in operational service environment
Excellent management and supervisory skill
Excellent written and verbal communication skill
Preferred or Proven ability to work under pressure
