Job Description
To provide professional menu development and cooking services to a Philippines craft workforce of more than two hundred people.
The chef services will be based on three meals per day consisting of breakfast, lunch and dinner services, to be prepared in a fully-equipped kitchen located in a Workforce Accommodation facility.
Develop a monthly menu of food services for craft professionals, covering breakfast, lunch and dinner, which complies with the workforce management instruction and scope regarding catering (certain amount of hot meals, grilled food options, variety
Oversee the supply of all produce and food materials required. Oversee and support the preparation of all meal services (breakfast, lunch and dinner), ensuring appropriate chef coverage for the preparation of 3 meals per day, 7 days per week
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be at least a graduate of a four-year undergraduate course.
Minimum 5 years experience as a head chef in an international workforce accommodation facility
