to our team! Our team specializes in purchasing broker generated buy orders at venue box offices.
This position will be responsible for processing digitally delivered tickets bought at venue box offices throughout the US, and ensure that the majority of hard stock tickets purchased are converted to other digital stock types correctly and accurately
Some of the tasks that we are in charge of are listed below:
The ideal Hard Ticket Purchase Support Specialist will be responsible for:

-Learn a variety of complex, company specific, processes and software/systems to successfully perform position requirements.
-Process digitally delivered tickets bought at venue box offices throughout the US.
-Convert hard stock tickets to digital stock types accurately and efficiently.

-Identify and correct any errors.
-Track and report any errors to management.
-Perform all other duties as required.
Qualifications:

-Proficient at website navigation
-Basic knowledge of Airtable
-Basic knowledge of Excel and/or Google sheets
-Efficient and accurate data entry - previous experience with data entry is a plus
