GTM POD Manager (Work from Home)
Must Have Qualifications:
Proven People Leadership - Ability to hire, onboard, and continuously coach diverse GTM roles, fostering a high-performance, growth-oriented culture.
Performance Management Discipline - Experience setting clear KPIs, tracking results, and intervening early to correct underperformance while celebrating top talent.
Sales Enablement Expertise - Skill in designing and delivering enablement programs that drive product mastery, sales effectiveness, and best practice adoption.
Data-Driven Management - Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Salesforce and BI tools to monitor pipeline health, surface insights, and guide decisions.
Process Optimization Mindset - Track record of diagnosing workflow bottlenecks, implementing process improvements, and scaling GTM operations efficiently.
Good To Have Qualifications:
AI / SaaS GTM Experience - Familiarity with selling or supporting AI-powered SaaS solutions, particularly in complex B2B sales cycles.
Change Management Expertise - Proven ability to lead teams through organizational or strategic transitions, ensuring adoption of new tools, processes, or GTM motions.
Global Team Leadership - Experience managing distributed or international teams, with sensitivity to cultural and regional nuances in sales execution.
Advanced RevOps Collaboration - Hands-on work with revenue operations on forecasting models, territory planning, or compensation design.
Thought Leadership & Content Creation - Ability to contribute to external GTM best practices (e.g., blogs, webinars, industry events) that reinforce Vivun's market leadership.
Responsibilities:
Team Development and Coaching: Hire, onboard, and continuously mentor a team of SDRs/BDRs, Business Analysts, Inside Sales Account Executives, Salesforce Admins, and other GTM specialists. Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, provide constructive feedback, and set clear performance expectations.
Performance Management: Establish individual and team KPIs and targets. Monitor team performance against goals, implement corrective actions with underperformers, and champion top performers. Proactively identify and address performance gaps for early intervention and remediation. 
Sales Enablement: Design, deliver, and update sales enablement programs that ensure team members possess strong product knowledge, sales skills, and utilize best practices. 
Process Optimization: Analyze team workflow, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and drive higher levels of productivity. 
Reporting and Data Analysis: Regularly track and analyze important sales metrics. Provide clear and insightful reports to senior management on the team's performance, pipeline, and overall GTM health. 
Proactive Problem-Solving: Anticipate potential issues or challenges proactively address them to minimize disruptions to team performance and goal achievement. Collaborate with other departments to resolve cross-functional issues.
