The Group Finance Solutions Group team is to support Group Finance with the delivery of Strategic, Regulatory, Process & Automation change initiatives through aligned cross divisional expertise in a dedicated RTB Change Team.
The Accounting Close Reference Data Team supports the entire DB Finance organization (covering all regions), through the validation and implementation of static data requests as aligned with financial data standards, data and hierarchy management. The role ensures data integrity with validations and quality checks of all Finance owned static data as utilized for the production of all Financial and Management Reporting. You will be primarily responsible for implementing policies, standards and controls. Our team of experts will be there to support your development to ensure you excel in this function. You can expect a structured training process from our knowledge experts.
The Associate ensures timely and accurate financial, regulatory and risk reporting in the financial books and records of the Bank, in line with regulatory and statutory requirements.

Your key responsibilities
Provides process ownership & expertise in production activities, escalating production issues to Supervisor in a timely manner
Ensures that Key Control Points (KCPs) are checked and documented before submitting outputs.
Provides procedural walkthrough (SOP-based) to the auditors and prepares audit supporting documents
Creates test scripts and performs UAT testing functions and reports findings to project team.
Investigates production issues encountered and proposes action plans to address/resolve outstanding issue
Your skills and experience
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accountancy, or its Business- related equivalents
Analytical and problem solving skills combined with excellent written and verbal communication
A team player who is collaborative yet able to work independently
Excellent in Microsoft Excel
