The Group Customer Development Manager will have full accountability for developing the strategic planfor your Account to drive sales, profit and net working capital exceeding targets in all categories acrossaccount portfolios. Managing the P&L from top to bottom of their area of assignment, demand planningand organization development.
You'll succeed because
you've a background in multinational consumer goods organization. There's not much you don't know about managing customer relationships and working with syndicated data. Equally, you know how to work with other functions to deliver sales and growth. And you're ready to travel when required, which is vital because our products and ambitions stretch nationwide and even worldwide.
. Proven track record in Sales Management with major retailers
. At least 5 years experience in FMCG Key Account Management
. Experience of influencing and engaging senior management in own and customer organisations
. Experience of leading Sales Professionals
