Key Responsibilities:
Store Management: Oversee daily operations of the Shopify store, including monitoring site performance, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with technical support as needed.
Product & Content Updates: Upload new products, update product descriptions, pricing, and imagery to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Customer Experience: Ensure seamless navigation, checkout functionality, and mobile responsiveness to create a positive shopping experience.
Design & Branding: Collaborate with marketing/design teams to implement promotional banners, campaigns, and seasonal updates.
Order Management: Support order processing, returns, and inventory updates to maintain smooth fulfilment.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor store analytics, track KPIs (conversion rates, traffic, sales), and provide insights to improve performance.
Customer Support: Assist with customer queries related to online shopping, escalating issues where necessary.
Qualifications:
Experience with Shopify platform (required).
Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, email marketing platforms).
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving ability.
