They specialise in helping entrepreneurs, podcasters, authors, thought leaders and celebrities build their visibility, credibility, and personal brand through media.POSITION SUMMARY:This is a newly created role for a strategic, hands-on digital marketer who can build and execute high-converting funnels, lead gen systems, and marketing automation from the ground up. You'll be the key driver of Leverage with Media's growth engine, helping to amplify the founder's personal brand, attract new clients, and generate scalable revenue through structured marketing campaigns.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:The setup of Go High Level including the design within emails and landing pages.Build end-to-end marketing funnels and automations using Go High Level (platform not yet implemented - you'll lead setup).Design and manage multi-channel lead generation campaigns (Google Ads + Meta Ads).Own the marketing calendar, ensuring consistent rollout of campaigns, lead magnets, podcast launches, and product promotions.Monitor funnel metrics, report on results, and optimize campaigns for ROI.Support the CEO in the development of online training course (Kajabi).Requirements5+ years in digital marketing roles, preferably remote or agency-based.Proven Go High Level expertise (setup, automation, CRM, funnel build-out).Strong experience running Google and Meta ad campaigns.Deep understanding of funnel architecture and audience segmentation.Excellent copywriting skills for scripts and short-form content.Ability to self-direct and lead implementation independently.Clear and proactive communicator.Confidence in delivering their work.Who You Are:A builder - you love crafting systems, automations, and campaigns from the ground upA strategic executor - you take vision and run with it, without needing hand-holdingHighly organized and outcome-drivenExcited to work closely with a visionary founder and be part of a growing, mission-led businessComfortable working in a fully remote, EOS-driven team environmentBonus if You Have:Experience in PR, personal branding, or coaching industries (U.S. market)Supported a founder's personal brand in a similar growth stage businessBenefitsHere at Access Offshoring, we believe in more than finding our clients the right candidate.
