We are looking for a superstar Google Ads Specialist to help us transform the way rugs are sold online! This is a full-time role, remotely in the short term with the opportunity to work in our Manilla office post-COVID.

The Role
We are looking for a founding team-member. You'll join our world-class Marketing Team in shaping a strong culture that you can be proud of! You'll be reporting directly to our Digital Marketing Manager.
You will be responsible for driving performance across our entire portfolio of Google Ads accounts (4 international markets and 1 subsidiary brand).
You will:
Create, optimize and manage Google Ads campaigns (including Shopping, Search, YouTube and Display) across our four international markets (missamara.com.au, missamara.com, missamara.hk and missamara.nz) as well as for our recently acquired clothing brand, YP Threads (ypthreads.com)
Routinely test bidding strategies, audiences, landing pages, ad copy, campaign types/settings and new Google technology, in an effort to continually improve performance.
Regularly report on your KPIs and provide recommendations to improve performance
Conduct thorough keyword research to identify new opportunities/markets
Regularly liaise with our Google Reps to ensure account health and access to the latest tools and Google Tech.
The Successful Candidate
Our new Google Ads Specialist will have:
At least 2 years experience in eCommerce PPC Management
Managed & scaled Google Ads accounts with at least $2,000 USD spend per day (on a single account)
Managed both manual and smart shopping (we're NOT looking for someone to "set and forget")
A go-getter attitude and ability to solve complex problems with sharp critical thinking
An obsession with getting results!
