Job Description
We are a boutique digital marketing agency based in Sydney, Australia specialising in lead generation for high-ticket service-based businesses using search and social. The channels and tactics we specialise in include Google Ads, Search Engine Upgrade to see actual info and paid Facebook/Instagram. Founded in 2018, we have diverse portfolio of long-standing clients with a small (but growing), collaborative and high performing team based in the Philippines. We pride ourselves on delivering high performing campaigns and doing the best possible work for our clients.
Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for a Google Ads Specialist to drive our Google Ads Facebook Ads and Upgrade to see actual info Ads campaigns. Working closely with the Director of Strategy, you will be responsible for providing recommendations and day-to-day campaign management.
Possess strong written/spoken English & attention to detail
Have minimum 3 years Google Ads experience, preferably in an agency environment. Facebook Ads experience is highly desirable
Enjoy learning new things and taking the initiative/make suggestions
Be looking for a challenging and rewarding role in a fast paced environment with multiple priorities
Have a curious and determined mindset
Experience using project management systems and Microsoft Office applications - Dedicated workspace and computer/laptop able to run Microsoft Office programs (e.g Teams, Word, Excel, Etc...)
Backup internet connection
Qualifications
End to end campaign management from keyword research to executing, monitoring, evaluating and optimizing campaign performance to generate maximum leads.
Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights.
Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals.
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in search engine marketing, digital marketing as well as consumer behaviour and recommend improvements
Accountability for the quality and profitable delivery of campaigns.
