What You'll be Doing
Do you have a passion for following up and help candidates' applications and hiring processes, this includes internal and external candidates from US, Europe, Philippines, Latam, India, etc. As a Talent Acquisition Shared Services Senior Specialist, you will be responsible for running Background Checks, submitting Onboarding & Information Technology tickets, send and file new hire paperwork, uploading documents in different repositories, create requisitions, request approvals, schedule interviews and 1st day orientation meetings, conduct audits, exchange emails with stakeholders to deliver results and show weekly progress, etc. You must have great organization skills, time management, people and communication skills to be able to successfully partner with the Talent Acquisition team to review and improve the Performance & Evaluation process.
During a Typical Day, You'll
Handling the end to end hiring process for different locations with higher focus in PH and India
Create daily/weekly reports
Perform weekly audits in different tools to ensure all processes were completed within Service-Level Agreements
Build great networking with Talent Acquisition partners to ensure all communications are handled correctly
Schedule meetings for hiring managers and recruiters
