What you'll be doing: This position handle high-level tasks for both candidate management and back office functions in a high volume recruitment operational environment. Senior Specialists are expected to assist the Team Leads in achieving overall operational efficiency and consistently meeting or exceeding hiring targets. What you'll bring to us: Preparing both recurring and ad-hoc reports covering multiple productivity metrics for various recruitment support functions. Analyzing day-to-day statistics and working with the Team Leads to identify trends and provides input regarding operational strategies as necessary. Acting as a subject matter expert (SME) to support front line TA Shared Services team members. Liaising with both external and internal clients, partners and stakeholders on a regular basis. What skills you'll need: Desire to achieve aggressive recruiting goals under tight deadlines. Strong desire to work and support global locations and to be placed inanyshiftas required by the business need. Must have goodcommunication skills and excellent people skills. Must havethe ability to speak professionally to candidates from different background regardless of the medium (phone, chat, etc.) Must havethe ability to learn and use recruitment technologies (Applicant Tracking Systems, Excel, SharePoint, and other internet based systems and tools). Must have strong attention to detail, initiative,a high level of integrity, judgment, and follow-through.
