An exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative environment providing administration and support to the Global Talent Acquisition Team. The role includes a wide array of tasks across the Global Talent Acquisition Team which includes assisting the overall recruitment processes in attracting talents and spearheading recruitment efforts for full-time, part-time, and contract opportunities across the business.
The Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) Team is part of the People at Nasdaq (Human Resources) Team, a cohesive and highly collaborative group working together to make Nasdaq an amazing workplace.
Your role and responsibilities
As a member of the GTA, you are given the exciting opportunity to collaborate with our global stakeholders.
Provide administrative and logistical support for interview coordination- collaborating with candidates, hiring managers, and third-party agencies as required
Provide high-level support to recruiters, ensuring that the best recruitment experience is provided to both candidates and hiring managers
Handle the applicant tracking system for job postings, reviewing/screening applicants and creating offer letters, and monitor their onboarding process including facilitating background checks
We expect you to have
Bachelor of Human Resources, Psychology or equivalent Degree
At least one (1) year of recruiting coordination experience in a fast-paced environment
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with a focus on time and expectation management, ability to be productive with minimum supervision
Strong communication skills to build great relationships, ensure a great recruitment experience, and to facilitate a seamless process for our hiring managers/interviewers
Exposure to Workday as an ATS is a plus
Willingness to work on either night shift (10pm-7am) or APAC shift (9am-6pm) with twice a week onsite requirement
