Role: Global Supply Chain Analyst (E-Commerce - Amazon/Walmart)Location: RemoteHours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Pacific Standard TimeSalary: (Open to negotiation based on experience)The Supply Chain Analyst works under direct supervision and follows company and department policies and procedures to oversee supply chain operations for a portfolio of clients, ensuring efficient product flow from suppliers to company warehouses, FBA centers, and Walmart WFS locations. Responsibilities include purchasing, inventory management, and maintaining communication with internal and external stakeholders. Follows standard practices and procedures to optimize profitability and cash flow through data-driven decision-making and analytical strategies.Primary Responsibilities:
Through the use of company and department practices and procedures, manages the purchasing and supply chain operations for designated Amazon and Walmart clients
Monitors inventory levels for assigned clients across fulfillment channels and warehouses, preventing overstock or stockouts
Analyzes data to forecast product demand, adjusting orders to balance supply with sales while optimizing cash flow
Analyzes client performance, identifies issues, and addresses delivery or quality discrepancies
Discusses inconsistencies, possible causes, and solutions with the manager to ensure alignment with client and company requirements
Establishes and maintains a collaborative relationships with internal teams and clients
Communicates regularly with internal teams and clients regarding inventory needs, updates, and potential shortages
Collaborates with warehouse managers and staff to align objectives and resolve operational challenges
Maintains or exceeds department-established performance standards
Maintains detailed records in accordance with company standards for inventory, orders, and financial transactions using company tools and software
Supports clients with ad-hoc supply chain, profitability, or inventory management requests
Performs miscellaneous supply chain-related tasks and projects as assigned to support overall business objectives
Continues to learn and apply department Trainual subjects according to standards
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Business, or a related field or equivalent work experience
Up to 2 years of experience in supply chain or related roles
Demonstrated analytical skills with a focus on cash flow optimization and profitability management
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar software
Familiarity with inventory and logistics management within FBA or similar fulfillment environments
Good communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
