We are recruiting for a Global Payroll Specialist who will be part of our Finance Shared Services Team. The role will be assisting with all aspects of payroll within the international payroll team and will play an integral role in helping to build a strong global payroll function to support our employees.

The role is pivotal to the success of our team in helping the Organisation provide support across the Press & Assessment's global offices while abiding by all Press policies and procedures, as detailed in the Staff Handbook (e.g., Code of ethics, anti-bribery and corruption, Health and Safety, e-mail and Internet use and standards of behaviour).

What will you do in this role?
Working under the supervision of the Global Payroll Team Leader in Manila, you will:
Complete global payroll processing timely and accurately using latest legislation and compliance in each country
Complete reconciliations for global payroll to ensure accuracy
Complete monthly financial reporting for global payroll
Build & maintain relationships with global payroll provider
Be the subject expert for your assigned payrolls
Assist with year-end functions and audit and liaise with the wider finance function to ensure statutory returns are complete
What makes you the ideal candidate for this position?
You will be ideal for this part if you have an experience working with high volume of data with medium excel skill and high attention to detail. Experience working in a multinational environment would be very advantageous and at least 1 year knowledge of basic payroll & employment law legislation is required.
