YOUR ROLE
This role is part of the Global Business Excellence team structure, directly reporting to the Global Business Services (GBS) Financial Performance team. Global Customer Care Business Analyst (Professional) is responsible for supporting the Cost and Process Efficiency team in any data analysis from CEVA especially regarding Cost, Process and Customer Service datas.
This role supports the education of Business lines and Operations through the KPIs provided by the system to help drive operational performance. This function has 5 main purposes:
Build and maintain user friendly Qliksense or Tableau dashboards and reports to interface with business end users. These reports would be used cross-functionally throughout the organization to help business owners make better informed decisions ultimately enhancing the global supply chain value
Collaborate with CEVA Global BI team as well as country IT & operational team in order to identify data sources and map them to, with the objective to design BI tools to help end users best synthesize data and make optimal business decisions
Providing continuous support to existing business intelligence dashboards and ad hoc reports; taking necessary actions to make the framework agile and robust and troubleshoot data integrity issues
Extracting/mining large volumes of data using complex optimized SQL queries or Data prep software from multiple decentralized systems driven by business requirements
Act as a referent and teach good practices to a small future pool of citizen developers on BI
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO
Collaborate with users and stakeholders to gather and understand requirements
Ad hoc data analysis to support internal requests related to Global Customer Care datas
Support to GBS Financial Performance team Manager in projects and ad hoc requests.
Support for data analysis on performance management of GBS SCC, Cost and process efficiency KPIs
In charge of key Global Business Excellence and Global Customer Care dashboards
Prepare data and reports for weekly/monthly/quarterly business reviews
Participate in weekly meetings with the Global Business Service team, active monitoring of progress status and delivery evolution, solve pending actions and escalate items when required
Participation on improvements of dashboard and KPI management
Support on Qlik/Analytics projects
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Minimum of 3 years of in-depth experience in freight forwarding operations in an analyst's function
Min. 3 years of experience in operations
Min. 2 years of experience in customer relationship roles
Customer centric
Very good knowledge of Freight Management operations
Excellent Continuous Improvement knowledge - methodologies and tools
Very good performance management skills and experience
Desirable
BA/BS - Supply Chain, Engineering, Management, Administration
Familiarity with Matrix SCM and CEVA systems.
