Requirements:
Preferably Filipino who is fluent in reading, writing and speaking German language
Proficient in both German and English
Preferably Bachelor's Degree Holder
Technical related experience is a plus
Knowledge in Microsoft server, workstation and network technologies would be an advantage
Responsibilities:
Monitor and support the internal clients for the technical related concern
Responsible in translating the issues, request and concern using technical tools
Provide Tier 1 level of technical support
Timely check the system for some errors
Receive and process requests/issues
