Overview: Employee will be in charge of financial records ensuring correct statements and reports has been adequately allocated and recorded.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Preparation of financial statements (reconcile accounts, balance sheets and cash flow)
Maintain financial reports, records, and general ledgers, general bookkeeping.
Perform the processing of functional and benefits expense allocations, monthly accruals, amortization of prepaid expenses, fixed assets depreciation and recording of adjusting and reclassification journal entries, if necessary.
Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements.
Process BIR e-filing and payment online
Performs other related accounting activities in absence of her colleagues.
Other task and/or responsibilities that maybe assigned to.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy/Finance or any equivalent course. CPA is an advantage.
With atleast 3- 5-year experience in Finance, General/Cost accounting.
Must be knowledgeable in BIR E-Filing and Payment System
Familiar in local regulatory reporting/ tax compliance.
Must be proficient in speaking and reading English Language.
Good working attitude, be able to manage multi tasks, hardworking and responsible.
