Responsibilities
- Accurate and timely recording of accounting transactions.
- Performs all month-end closing procedures in compliance with accounting policies, with accuracy and focus on timely delivery of results (Balancing Checks, P&L, Fund Requests)
- Responsible for Auditing - Assist and provide the Supervisor and other members of the Team with accurate financial information. (Financial/income statement)
- Generate reports and escalate issues, if any, to the Team Lead / Supervisor
- Responsible for tax reporting and compliance, process and prepare BIR tax payment forms in an efficient and timely manner so that all requirements are prepared on time. (Withholding Tax, EWT, 2305, Annualization, income tax, disbursements, etc.)
- Perform other related tasks assigned such as managing employee benefits etc.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy
- At least 5 Years of working experience in general accounting is preferred for this position.
- CPA or CMA license is not required but preferred.
