Marketing & Sales Reporting Specialist
As Marketing & Sales Reporting Specialist, your function is to support the reporting & analytics requirements of the Marketing & Sales function across assigned JTI organization & market in Southeast Asia. You should know the market landscape, key players trends and portfolio & pricing of the competitors in the assigned market/s. The incumbent of this position will also be responsible for specific tasks related to the One Data maintenance.
What will you do?
You will generate & analyze various Marketing & Sales reports (volume, financial and in-market performance) to enhance overall business performance via monthly & quarterly updates.
You will support standardized market modeling according to provided templates.
You will support ASP introduction process according to the standardized template as a starting point.
You will assist in the development of A&SP / SPC / Business review presentations and provide data delivery for presentation and reporting purposes.
You will maintain and manage monthly market performance reporting according to set standards and translate data into insights which drive JTI's Brand, Trade and Portfolio Strategy with the aim to further grow the business.
You will collect and distribute management information based on market, distribution, brand and consumer data within the organization.
You will provide support on relevant KPI setting and tracking of market launch activities.
You will support the One Data activities in extracting and analyzing the data and in insights generation.
Who are we looking for?
A Bachelor / University Degree in Economics, Statistics, Communication Research, Finance or any related course
Experienced Marketing or Sales professional with at least 3 years background with FMCG or the BPO & Shared Service Industry with strong focus on business intelligence, analytics, economics, marketing and sales
Great speaker with excellent English communication skills; familiarity & fluency on the local language of markets assigned is a plus
Advance knowledge on the use of MS Office and BI tools
