Overall purpose, duties and responsibilities of the role:
1) Resolves easy to medium complexity incidents and identifies work-arounds for critical tickets.
2) Distinguishes Low, Medium, High and Critical severity tickets based on identified criteria per severity and escalates any concern beyond authority level.
3) Ensures that assigned tickets are constantly attended to from start to closing.
4) Maintains database/ tool to monitor OLA compliance.
5) Develop applications and solutions in accordance with SDLC, IT Security, and Software Architecture standards
Essential Skills / Qualifications:
§ Bachelor's degree in IT related course
§ Hands on experience in building, deploying and maintaining enterprise web applications.
§ Hands on experience in integrating software from different platforms and vendors.
§ Able to improve performance of applications in terms of memory, speed, infrastructure and cost.
§ Experience in handling a team of developers.
§ Current technologies used inhouse: Java, JPA, Spring Framework, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Angular, Jasper Reports, PostgreSQL, MS SQL, Linux and Widows clouds servers
