Job Description
The Role As an experienced Web Developer, you'll play an integral role as part of the User Experience and Conversion Optimisation team, bringing to life designs created by our UX Designers, and helping clients solve their digital problems.
This is an opportunity for someone to take charge of their career progression by developing and growing with us, with the opportunity to step up into a senior position and eventually into the leadership team. Your main focus will be understanding the requirements of our clients, and contributing to the business' growth by cultivating and maintaining client relationships.
You must have a passion for learning and understanding each of your client's challenges and the ability to solve their problems. You have a high attention to detail, can prioritise your own workload and can manage the day to day running of web development projects. Your priority is ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and surpassing client expectations.

Develop A/B tests for use on platforms like VWO, Optimizely, Convert
Experiences and more
Create landing pages
Create email marketing templates on platforms like MailChimp, Active Campaign and Klaviyo
WordPress custom theme creation
SEO Development (speed optimisation, sitemaps, redirects, schema, meta tag implementation)
Google Tag Manager - creating new tags and variables
Self Quality Assurance of development work
Managing existing internal website assets
Assisting clients in content management of their websites
Assisting clients in making development changes to their websites
Planning, developing and managing internal tools and systems
Staying up-to-date on all web development trends with practical applications of learnings
Qualifications
For Victory You'll Need
A minimum of 3+ years' experience in a Front End Development or Full Stackdevelopment role.
Exceptional HTML, CSS, JS, JQuery knowledge.
Knowledge of API development is highly preferred.
Knowledge with automated testing processes is highly preferred.
Good understanding of data security and confidentiality.
Proficient in using and managing code repositories such as Bitbucket or Git.
Exceptional attention to detail. The ability to take designs and translate theminto pixel perfect code, with best practice usability and coding in mind.
A detailed and structured web development process.
Exceptional independent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Fantastic organisation, time management and project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
A strong desire for continuous development and learning.
Bonus Points
A/B testing development experience
Digital marketing experience is preferred
Google Tag Manager event tracking experience
Google Analytics troubleshooting experience
