Job description:
Contribute to the overall sales performance of the team via an effective execution of various sales and marketing activities
Create financial blueprints and advise clients on portfolio management
Analyze and draw conclusions from market outlook and investment environment
Generate leads, client profiling, and prepare custom-fitted insurance and investment packages that is suited to that specific target market
Attend regular team meetings, company trainings and webinars, general assemblies and any other group activity that the company may require from time to time
Deliver exceptional customer and after-sales service to both new and existing clients as a means of client retention and boost client-referrals
Ideal Candidate must possess the following :
A smart negotiator and a proven deal-maker
Results-driven and performs well under pressure
Digital savvy and knows how to use different social media platforms to generate leads
Self-motivated but thrives under a team environment
Highly coachable and is willing to learn new things
Passionate about the financial services industry
Successful candidates should have:
Preferably with 1-2 years of sales experience preferably in the financial services industry.
