The Financial Planning & Analyst (FP&A) or Finance Business Partner is responsible for financial planning and analysis of the company, allowing the organization to make well-informed commercial decisions.

Specific Responsibilities Include 
Creates budgets, forecasting for ventures, and mapping out growth plans, including capital expenditures and investments
Supports management team and heads of departments with data-driven analysis
Determining which of the company's products or product lines generate the largest portion of its net profit
Assists in challenging of budget submissions and red-flagging of risks
Prepares, financial models and prepares recommendations
Analyzes KPIs, and Presents the financial results to Management
Analysis of historical financials
Variance Explanations
Performance measurement and process optimization
Risk management and analysis
Assists in determining financing options for the project/s
Performs detailed review and challenging of inputs and assumptions used
Prepares reports including recommendations on projects and initiatives that have a financial impact on the Enterprise (including CAPEX/OPEX) for submission to Management
Helps secure sensitive financial data by assisting other team members with database creation and maintenance
Analyze financial information and prepare balance sheets
Develop monthly financial statements that include cash flow, profit and loss statements and balance sheets
Coordinate and maintain good relationships with Suppliers

Skills and Behavioral Competencies Requirements
A degree in economics, finance, accountancy, business admin, statistics, mathematics, or related degrees.
Must have 2-4 years of banking, finance, accounting or similar role
2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, modeling
Critical thinker with a high proficiency in mathematics
Solid understanding of account and financial reporting principles
Advanced competency in Microsoft office Excel
Analytical and excellent organizational skills
Detail oriented
Strong problem-solving skills
Comfortable speaking and writing with foreign clients
Can work comfortably under pressure and deliver on tight deadlines
