QUALITY ANALYST (SALES)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities of Quality Analyst (Sales) include, but not limited to:
Overall Job Responsibilities:
In charge in preparing the new sales representatives for their role by conducting orientation on the sales agent's standard operating procedures
Side-by-side coaching pertaining to quality evaluations and related tasks
Conducts sales simulation/exercise sessions for new and current sales employees.
Observes sales encounters and collects feedback, results, and performance data of trainees after sessions.
In charge in coordinating with and sales leaders for development of training modules/techniques
Structures training plans to meet the company's goal for the sales team
Updates job knowledge by participating in training seminars and reading professional publication tools
In charge in reviewing the current sales training modules & amend them
Quality Analyst:
Design a quality evaluation form that reflects our KPI
Collect data based on quality evaluations
Analyze and report quality evaluation outcomes
Monitor/ review sales calls and emails to ensure that standard operating procedures are followed
Monitor/review sales calls & provide feedback to improve the sales agents' efficiency and techniques
Responsible for monitoring that leads are being serviced & followed up properly
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
At least 1 year of previous experience in training
Preferably has an in-depth background in sales & travel
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent attention to detail
Strong organizational and time management skills
Self-starter, proactive, and responsible
Willing to work on shifting schedules
Strong background in customer service, flight search and booking, and travel basics
Expertise in world geography, airline alliances, and travel industry terminologies
Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word), Google Sheets, GDS (Worldspan, Sabre, Amadeus), and online travel booking systems
