SANTOS LAND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION is in need of (1) one Corporate Planning Officer:
SUMMARY: Shapes the company's overall business strategy. Developing strategic plans and assessing company performance. Conducting research and data analysis to inform business decisions. Responsible for monitoring and reviewing the operation of the company, to ensure that the aims and principles are given full effect and matters of interpretation of the Rules and Procedures and is responsible for making a determination if necessary.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
Graduate of BS Accountancy or Business Administration- Marketing or Finance.
With Post-graduate Studies is an advantage.
EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES:
With at least 2 years of supervisory experience relevant to the position
Experience in strategic planning and execution
Knowledge in basic principles in finance & accounting principles
Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes
Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings
Ability to analyze data and prepare reports & projections
